Which format is better at showing a players skill as a cricketer; ODI or T20?

T20Match felt that either format intrinsically showed skills, but in different ways. If ODIs demonstrate mental strength and patience over the course of the 50 overs and adaptability over a period of time, T20 might show explosive talent and creativity that has forced the original thinking process of playing in the T20 format.
