Are trading evaluations designed mainly to filter out weak traders, or to actively develop strong ones? I’m questioning whether failure in these challenges means lack of skill, or simply a mismatch in approach. How should traders interpret results from a structured, simulated assessment without becoming discouraged or overconfident?
