Hello everyone, last week there was a small kitchen fire in my building (not my unit thankfully), and it made me realize I don’t have renters insurance. I always thought it wasn’t necessary since I don’t own the apartment. Now I’m second guessing that decision. Is it really affordable? And does it cover things like electronics and furniture? Any advice for someone new to this?
